Nanny/Housekeeper Position – Starting July 15th
A warm and busy family with two children ages; 8 & 4 years old is seeking an experienced, organized, and engaging Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household beginning July 15th. The family is open to either a part-time schedule or a full-time position (up to 40 hours per week) for the right candidate.
Schedule
- Primary hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Family is open to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week
- Occasional flexibility required when children are out of school (summer breaks, holidays, school closures)
- If Dad is traveling for work, the nanny should be available to start at 7:00 AM on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Compensation & Benefits
- $37.00–$40.00 per hour (W2) only, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40 per week
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Childcare Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for the children
- Assist with homework and school-related activities
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Transport children as needed (family vehicle provided)
- Maintain a positive, patient, and respectful approach to childcare
- Candidate must be calm, kind, and never use yelling as a form of discipline
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Children’s and parents’ laundry
- Help maintain a tidy, organized, and well-functioning home
- Assist with household organization and creating systems to keep the home running smoothly

- Able to balance childcare and household management responsibilities effectively
