Working family located in the Lincoln Park area is searching for a full time nanny for their three children ages 7, 4, and a 1 year old will be 2 in Jan.
Beginning: ASAP
Hours Needed: 45 hours per/wk. Monday- Friday 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM
Compensation: $28.00-$30.00 + PTO Vacation Time Sick Time off (Flexible with compensation depending on experience. Family can offer a cash payment or a W2.
Duties:
- Serve as a loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion for the children; responsible for all tasks related to care of the children.
- Responsible for older boys pick up from school. Oldest is in school from 8:45-3:45pm, youngest 8:00-3pm. Both schools walking distance. In the fall both boys will be in the same school.
- Prepare all children’s snacks and meals, and older boys lunches for the following day of school.
- Wash, fold and put away the children’s laundry.
- Picking up from school at 3PM and assisting with homework. While children are off of school the nanny will be responsible to provide care for all three children.
- Perform light household related tasks while children are in school. Such as, Target pick-up or small grocery run.
- One parent is hybrid 50% at home and 50% in home office. Nanny and baby will have main floor to themselves.
- Boys are very active and enjoy being outdoors. Older boys are highly invloved in sports.
Requirements/Preferences:
- Ideal candidate has 4 years experience.
- Experience with multiple children.
- Clean driving record and a valid license.
- Ideal candidate enjoys the outdoors and is very active.
- Able to multitask while children are home.
